Train with the NLFH Club Coaching staff this Spring! Open to any and all field hockey players! March dates will take place at Red Rose Arena. April-June will move outside to Weaver Field! Time is 4:30-6:00 pm. Dates are: March 15, 22 & 29, April 5, 12, 19 & 26, May 3, 10 & 17 and June 7, 14 & 21.
