Refund Policy

 

All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing via email to nextlevelfh17@gmail.com.

 

Refunds are only permitted up to 14 days prior to the start of the event. At that time, all monies paid, with the exception of any possible processing fees, will be returned.

 

After the 14-day window, only requests supported with proper medical documentation demonstrating illness or injury that prevents the athlete from participating in the event will receive a refund minus a minimum of a 25% administrative fee.

 

No refunds will be provided less than 14 days prior to the start date of an event, for expulsion from the event, for voluntary withdrawal from the event, or for injuries sustained prior to the event or during the event.

ANY EVENTS CANCELLED DUE TO COVID WILL BE REIMBURSED IN FULL.
